Refund Policy
Online Courses:
Once you purchase a course, you may request a refund anytime until you log in to your course and access its material. To further clarify: At the check out page of your course purchase you are prompted to create a dashboard login to access your course, this includes an email and password. Once your purchase has been finalized for any course, you use the email and password you signed up with to log in to your dashboard to access your course. Once you log in to your course and access its content and material, your right to a refund is revoked.
If the above conditions have been met to receive a refund and you would like to request a refund for any course purchase, please email info@abundancecreated.com and include your name with a detailed description of your needs. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.
Activation Classes:
All live classes are fully refundable until 48 hours prior to the live scheduled show time.
You may request a refund by emailing info@abundancecreated.com. Please include your name, reason for reaching out and any information that will help us navigate you best.
If any Live Activation class is cancelled for any reason, refunds will be sent upon cancellation.
Please note response times may take up to 24-48 business hours, you are responsible for requesting a refund on time according to the policy written.
Subscription Community Access:
Your membership benefits remain active while your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, access to member-only content and the community chat will end at the end of your billing period. However if you violate the terms and conditions listed in the footer of this website, you will lose access to your membership immediately. Refunds are not available once you purchase access to the subscription based community. You may request to cancel your subscription by sending an email to info@abundancecreated.com with your full name and a brief explanation of your concern or request. Please note, if you request to cancel your subscription, your membership will remain active through your month's billing period.
